Dr. Cherrie Spurlin is committed to meeting each client exactly where they are—both in life and on their faith journey. Whether you are newly saved, exploring questions about faith, or have walked with God for many years, Good Bosses honors and respects the uniqueness of your spiritual path.
Our role is not to advise or direct your personal faith decisions, but to recognize that your relationship with God is an integral part of your life. As we partner together—whether in life coaching or career coaching—We are dedicated to creating a safe, respectful space where your faith is always acknowledged and valued in all our conversations and goals.
Some clients choose to begin our sessions with prayer, inviting God’s guidance, while others do not. Some are open to incorporating faith-based tools, such as forgiveness practices or listening prayer, while others prefer alternative approaches. At Good Bosses we honor and support your preferences.
No matter where you are on your journey, Our purpose is to walk alongside you, offering Christ-centered guidance and encouragement as you pursue the path and purpose that has been placed on your heart.
Dr. Cherrie Spurlin knows firsthand what it is like to be a working wife, mom, and woman. For much of her life, she juggled work and school while raising a family. What she discovered was that the Lord needed to be central to it all, and that He would guide her path. She is here to support others in their journey through life.
After years of coaching leaders and executives, the Lord led Dr. Cherrie Spurlin to become a Certified Christian Coach. Her journey inspired her to start Good Bosses. She now walks alongside women as they face the challenges life brings, reminding them that in Christ, they are never alone.
