About the Founder

Dr. Cherrie Spurlin has over 20 years of experience coaching, leading, and managing teams in multiple industries. Dr. Spurlin is an entrepreneur, executive, coach, educator, and leader.  She holds a doctorate and a master's degree in leadership in business programs. In addition to working in business and teaching master's level students, she is a certified human resources professional who understands how humans work at work. Dr. Spurlin founded Good Bosses, LLC, to help other bosses transform their lives and teams.
